01 Organizer Rights

Starwake Production is the sole organizer and holds all rights related to management. The organizer reserves the right to modify any part of the event without prior notice.

02 Eligibility

Participants must be 18 to 32 years of age. Only Single or Divorced individuals are eligible. Providing false information results in immediate disqualification.

03 Registration & Fees

Registration is valid only after successful payment. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration does not guarantee selection.

04 Auditions & Judging

Decisions will be made by a professional jury. The judges’ decisions are final and binding and cannot be challenged in any forum.

05 Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain absolute discipline. Any form of misconduct or indiscipline results in immediate disqualification without refund.

06 Media & Promotion

Contestants grant Starwake Production full rights to use their name, image, and video for promotions and social media without additional compensation.

07 Payment Safety

Payments must be made only through the official website or direct office visit. Starwake is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts.

08 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh only.
